About This Role
We’re looking for a Sales Manager who understands the value of great UX/UI, branding, and digital product design—someone who can confidently sell our services to AI startups, B2B SaaS companies, and enterprise clients.
This role is for a proactive, results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to build relationships, generate leads, and close high-value deals.

As a Full Stack Developer, you’ll be expected to problem-solve independently, adapt quickly, and actively contribute to delivering exceptional results for our clients without the need for support or supervision.
You’ll be expected to:
  • Own the entire sales process—from prospecting and pitching to closing deals.
  • Sell UX/UI design, branding, and Webflow development services to high-growth startups and enterprises.
  • Work closely with the founder & leadership team to refine sales strategies.
  • Communicate the business impact of great design to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure a smooth handoff to our delivery team.
  • Provide sales forecasts and insights to improve conversion rates.
Candidate Requirements
Must haves:
  • 2+ years of sales experience (preferably in UI/UX, branding, web design, or digital services).
  • Proven track record of closing deals in a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX, digital branding, and the role of design in business growth.
  • C1-level English (written & spoken)—this role requires strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Self-starter with a hunter mentality—you’re not waiting for leads to come in, you go out and get them.
  • Experience working with startups, SaaS, and B2B tech companies is a huge plus.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a highly skilled team.
